AML & KYC Policy
Last updated: October 2026 · TradeX
Our commitment
TradeX maintains an anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) programme consistent with applicable regulations in the jurisdictions we serve.
Identity verification
- Verification may be requested before a withdrawal, or when a deposit pattern looks unusual.
- Typical documents: government photo ID, a selfie holding it, and proof of address dated within 90 days.
- Accounts under review remain able to trade on the trial wallet.
Source of funds
We may ask how funds deposited to your account were obtained. Failure to provide a satisfactory answer can lead to the return of deposits and closure of the account.
Prohibited activity
- Depositing the proceeds of crime, or funds belonging to third parties.
- Structuring deposits to avoid thresholds, using another person's payment instrument.
- Sanctioned persons or jurisdictions.
Reporting
Suspicious activity is reported to the competent authority without notice to the account holder, as required by law. Records of all wallet movements are retained with full audit trails.
