1. Agreement
By opening an account on TradeX you agree to these terms. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
2. The service
TradeX provides a binary-option style interface for digital-asset price speculation. A contract pays a fixed profit if the settlement price at expiry is on the side you selected, and expires worthless if it is not. Exact-tie contracts are refunded in full.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- One person, one account. Automated abuse, bonus farming and coordinated arbitrage are prohibited.
- We may suspend an account involved in fraud, chargebacks or manipulation, and may reverse affected transactions.
4. Wallets, deposits and withdrawals
- The trial wallet contains practice funds with no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
- The real wallet holds deposited funds. Deposits are credited after manual or gateway confirmation.
- Withdrawal requests place the requested amount on hold immediately and are paid to the wallet/account details you supply. Incorrect details are your responsibility.
- We may request identity documents (KYC) before processing a withdrawal, in line with AML requirements.
5. Pricing and settlement
Entry and settlement prices are taken from the platform's server-side market feed at the moment of execution and expiry. Quotes displayed in the browser are indicative; the server value is final and is stored with each contract.
6. Fees
Current deposit, withdrawal and inactivity fees (if any) are published on the deposit and withdrawal pages before you confirm a request.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by market movement. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous three months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in your dashboard. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
